Partner standards
- Florida-licensed architects, general contractors and residential builders (or engineers and designers working on custom homes)
- Current general liability insurance, and workers' compensation where required
- A portfolio of completed custom homes or major renovations
- Experience with coastal flood and wind requirements in the counties you serve
- Clear communication, transparent bids and on-time schedules
Membership is free. Clients always choose and contract with partners directly, and introductions don't guarantee work.
